Tracked and managed time in process of loans submitted to Underwriting from Registration, resubmitted to Underwriting for Conditions review, and reviewed resubmissions of prior Adverse Action. Coached team of 6 Underwriters on scenarios, technical expertise and relationship building. Collaborated with ROM and Responsible Party on research and rebuttal crafting for QC citings, as well as, managing relationships and conflict resolution with Field Sales and Business Partners.
