Evaluated Symphony system; validating phone etiquette of Processors during exchanges with customers and Business Partners. Managed Customer Satisfaction Survey results for Processors, assisted Managers with QC Defect rebuttals; reconciled monthly validation of CQC final reporting. Coached staff on scenario issues, presented loans to Senior Management with certain exceptions to Policy or over ROM authority of $500k for Final Approval. Managed Field Sales/Broker relationships on challenging loans.
