Led 3 teams across 2 locations; Deep-Dive analysis of QC cited Critical defects to determine 3rd level true root cause, recommend Remediation. Second team served as liaison to field, researched / crafted and managed Corporate Quality Control Rebuttal/Appeal Process; developed and implemented on-going, consistent procedures ensuring timely resolution. The third team managed Investor Post Funding / Repurchase Demands, researched / crafted rebuttals to ensure timely resolution. Attended calls / meetings with Senior Leaders to present findings and maintain current knowledge of existing and upcoming issues. Drove project supporting GSE request for Pre Delivery "Scrubs" of funded loans and remediation of any Investor identified defects with impact on salability or potential Repurchase. .
