- Direct, motivate and coordinate seven managers nationwide in overseeing 100+ associates in charge of quality for Office of the CEO and President. - Escalate complaints from regulatory agencies (OCC, CFPB) while ensuring BofA consistently aligns with quality and regulatory policies and procedures. - Achieved 99% measurement system accuracy on Home Loans internal audit of Quality scores. - Developed defect approach on complaint closure quality criteria to reduce subjectivity & interpretation. - Oversee and manage all aspects of impact including information technology, call center operations, and training and development. - Design, implementation, and monitoring of strategic plans. Known for applying a strong background in operations and finance towards the evaluation of operating results and the deployment of limited resources; ensuring that organizational growth and profitability objectives are attained. - Delivered a reduction in repeat complaints by increasing quality of call/letter standards, and focusing on first-call resolutions.
