Acosta Sales and Marketing Food Broker (Corporate HQ) Promoted to Corporate Consultant (1999 – December 2002) Position resided inside the corporate accounting office of Fleming Foods, one of our customers, allowing Acosta to manage the budget and funds of vendors contractually represented. Independently resolved deduction issues taken by Fleming Foods from our vendors’ invoices (e.g. Heinz Foods, Con Agra Foods, Michelina’s, Smuckers, Quaker, Vlasic, Kraft Foods, Welch’s, Johnson & Johnson, Carter Wallace, etc.). Established and maintained relationships between Fleming Foods Corporate OKC office, approximately twenty-five Acosta Divisions across the U.S., all Fleming Divisions across the United States and approximately 150 various grocery/frozen/HBC manufacturers represented by Acosta Sales & Marketing. Acted as the liaison with a heavy emphasis on relationships and customer support, as well as confidentiality and ethics. Acosta Sales and Marketing Food Broker (OKC Division) Director of Administration (1991-1999) Initially W.J. Jones & Company in 1991, but Mr. Jones died in 1999 and the company sold and merged several times until settling with Acosta Sales & Marketing Food Brokers. We went from W.J. Jones to Premier-W.J Jones, Premier-Eisenhart, PMI-Eisenhart, Acosta-PMI and finally Acosta Sales & Marketing. When hired, Mr. Jones was the sole entrepreneur for thirty years when I joined his management staff. I managed his administrative staff of approximately twenty-five administrative staff members and was responsible for personnel, vendor accounts, commission payments, purchasing, billing, EDI order processing and all administrative duties.
