•Oversee entire branch portfolio of $110mm deposits and over $100m loans •Provide leadership through training and coaching •Establish relationships with all lines of business with in bank •Maintaining and operating an efficient compliant branch •Conducts outside sales efforts to bring in new primary relationships, while also maintaining and expanding existing personal and business banking relationships •Drive individual sales to ensure branch goals have been met/exceeded •Responsible for branch profit and loss, & balance sheet •Able to identify innovative solutions to best serve customers goals and objectives •Serve as a trusted advisor to the client in delivering comprehensive and customized business/personal products and solutions that are tailored to the financial needs of the client. •Portfolio of clients; grow by prospecting for new clients and deepening relationships through existing clients •Develop, retain and expand relationships with centers of influence
