• Facilitate early stage energy project development with siting / feasibility studies and permitting analysis • Conduct technical and regulatory analyses, compliance reports, permit applications, and comprehensive impact assessment addressing for all environmental media • Managing internal technical staff and external subcontractors to ensure timely completion of assignments within budgets to ensure project profitability • Subcontractor management involves critical evaluation of bids and selection of preferred vendors based on qualifications, proposed approach to scope of work, and cost. • Participating in public meetings and regulatory agency consultations • Developing pricing strategies and proposals for new business opportunities
