Daily Duties at Public Storage:
Overseeing 10 stores out of Fort Wayne, NWI, and south side of chicago. As a District Manager I am responsible to ensure that my team members demonstrate sales focused and customer based behaviors when interacting with customers. I accomplish this by on the spot training, coaching and development as well as conference calls, and data based emails so that the managers are aware of their goals. We also conduct monthly audits ensuring properties are a safe environment to work in.
