Daily Duties at National Institute Of Health:
To develop and implement the research proposal on the role of glucose-6-phosphatase gene expressionin in hemorrhagic and septic shock and its relationship to early hyperglycemic response in shock.We developed the novel method in the lab. and we are the first to report the changes in glucose-6-phosphatase gene expression in shock.We are also first to report that fructose-2-6-bisphosphatase gen expression is decreased in shock and these changes are associated with alteration of hormonal level.
