Daily Duties at Us Air Force:

• Provided personnel support for 600+ personnel, including regional offices in Dallas, Atlanta & San Francisco • Developed personnel policies/procedures for 37 military personnel, updates records via MilPDS system • Suspensed, tracked, and reviewed all evaluations, promotion recommendations, awards, decorations and personnel information files • Led a team of 12 members to implement AF policy & develop procedures to process officer/enlisted retirements • Secretary of Defense authority as Special Assistant to the Director, Secretary of the AF Personnel Council (SAF/PC)
