Daily Duties at Sunrise Senior Living:
• Responsible for managing Assisted Living and Dementia community. • Communicated with residents and family members on a daily basis. • Conducted care conferences every 6 months and any change in condition. • Managed NOI and worked with team to meet budgeted census for the community. • Responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision & discipline of team members. • Demonstrated success in managing operating expenses. • Provided support and guidance to the marketing, sales and outreach efforts to sustain and increase census. • Worked with team members to ensure that we were following the Principles of Service of the company. • Responsible for P&L of Community. • Provide guidance and supervision to the department directors. Assure that all necessary systems, policies and procedures are in place to allow the optimal functioning and development of all team members.
