Daily Duties at Da Vita Health Care Partners, Inc. :
• Responsible for managing Home clinics for the region. • Oversee and manage, Operations & Clinical Outcomes for Peritoneal Dialysis and Home Hemo Dialysis in the East Bay. • Worked with the team to prepare for Kaiser initial survey, where clinic received accreditation for Home Hemo Dialysis. • Involved in budget planning and review. • Oversee nursing and technical services for patient training and treatment plans. • Maintain communication with Medical Director to ensure that we are meeting the needs of the patients and clinical outcomes. • Responsible for organizing, planning and developing Sub Acute Home Hemo Program in collaboration with Kaiser. • Worked with each individual clinic to achieve clinical and budgetary outcomes. • Responsible for hiring team mates to provide continuing care for each clinic. • Worked closely with the Patient Educator, to ensure that prospective patients and current patients were aware of the modalities that were being offered. • Responsible for developing effective relationships at all levels of the organizations and influence positive outcomes. • Ensure that all clinics meet local, state, and federal regulations. • Ensure the complete operation and performance of the clinic. Manage budgets, forecast expenses, communicate with vendors, and ensure compliance. • Worked closely with physicians, nurses and team mates to ensure the highest level of patient care. • Responsible for assisting with Kidney Smart and growth for the region.
