Recruited to introduce finance discipline for B2B broadband provider at peak of business growth before company succumbed to Internet and telecom bubble. Reporting to President of North America / CFO of Winstar, led 235-strong North American finance division—accountable for cash management, financial planning, revenue assurance and analysis, billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cost control—through restructure during bankruptcy.
