Daily Duties at Nis Solutions:
Mr. Findley manages Quality Management for NIS Solutions. His responsibilities include the following. - Leading company CMMI initiative to attain level 2 rating for services. - Led company initiative to attain ISO 9001:2008 accreditation in April 2012. - Develops SharePoint 2010 applications, including: InfoPath Forms, Access Databases, Custom lists, and libraries, to support the company Quality Management System. - Works with management to establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other measures, across projects and services. Collects, analyzes, and reports on company performance measures. - Schedules and performs Quality Assurance audits across company projects and services, in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 protocol. Develops QA checklists, and writes QA reports. - Coaches and mentors individuals and provides guidance to project teams regarding elements of the Quality Management System, including Preventive Actions, Corrective Action, Change Requests, Incident Reporting, and Service Requests.
