 Created budgeting spreadsheet and financial analysis for clinic with detailed research.  Scheduled and planned doctor visitations and rounds for dialysis patients and nurses.  Collected company and patient billing information and initiated payment and collections.  Conducted budgeting and inventory of supplies and purchased the necessary replenishment.  Performed lab blood work preparation and recorded data entry for 116 patients.  Inspected and calibrated dialysis machines for nurses and dialysis technicians  Collected bill payments from insurance companies and patients with co-payment plans.  Updated medical records and filed insurance and lab order information for patients.  Inspected patients’ medical and insurance records for state inspection annually.  Scheduled and processed ambulance billing and pick up for patients after dialysis treatment.  Prepared patient medical records for state inspection transfers and deceased patients.  Acted as liaison between administrator, social worker, dietician and head clinical nurse.  Maintained chemical levels for reverse osmosis water system to ensure patient safety.  Conducted blood labs for patients and documented the results in the company computer system.
