Established network of vendors for sourcing project managers, business architects and analysts, pharmacists. Scheduled and tracked interview candidate work flow with each Hiring Manager. Documented candidate activity in compliance with company guidelines. Established influential relationships with business partners (Directors, Senior Managers, Portfolio Directors, etc.) to consult on needs, selection processes and strategies. Executed and documented background checks, drug testing and reference checks for each contractor. Finalized the contractor flow process to the point of hire. Successfully completed contracts for over 50 individuals, including writing Statements of Work (SOW).
