Daily Duties at J & J Maintenance:

Instilled structure, teamwork and accountability at each level within each organization. As the J&J Construction Manager, I expertly managed the Construction Program valued in excess of $150M, supporting 5 major accounts comprised of over 300 projects. During the second year of managing Program, guided team to win $90M in new projects. Co-directed the development to the Construction Database Management System leading to improve communication, efficiencies and project success. Reported status on 300 plus projects on a monthly basis and to each major account representative a status update in person on a quarterly basis. Responsible for the on time delivery, profit and loss and customer satisfaction for Program. Managed 5 Regional Managers and Executive Staff as direct reports with oversight of the 45 on-site Project Managers. I travelled about 25% of the time to visit the Regional Management Sites and their respective customers to ensure customer satisfaction was achieved.
