Responsible to the General Manager for the development and execution of the Integrated Master Schedule for delivering ship sets of Engine Modification Kits to Northrop Grumman. Develop and Manage Risk Assessment with vendors to mitigate risk. Utilize Lean Manufacturing tools and achieve improvements. Successfully manage and lead functional teams to deliver ship sets on schedule with zero quality discrepancies.
