Daily Duties at Risi:
I was asked to move into this role in order to rejuvenate a division that was losing money. The role was to stablize revenues, Identify market opportunities, create new services and develop strategies to reverse the current situation. Consult with customers on new product development. Coordinate marketing efforts to expand inbound interest. Create sales process flow. Develop qualification templates. Analyze customers data that are under penetrated to identify opportunities to seek more products. Study competitors products and services and provide a SWOT Analysis. Set Product Pricing on new products. Develop partnerships with Associates and industry channels. Participate in rebranding of company logo and website design. Implement Saleforce CRM. Provide Salesforce.com Administration. Create reports and Dashboards in Salesforce CRM. Source prospect lists and import into CRM. Negotiate Pricing. Negotiate Contract Language.
