Accomplished restaurant and bar human resource objectives by recruited, selected, oriented, trained, assigned, scheduled, coached, counseled, and disciplined management staff; communicated job expectations; planned, monitored, appraised, and reviewed job contributions; planned and reviewed compensation actions; enforced policies and procedures.
