Daily Duties at Concentric Healthcare/Pinal County Sheriff’s Office Florence Az :
Providing primary medical care for incarcerated inmates with acute and chronic medical problems. Performing physical assessments on new book inmates with histories of chronic and acute illnesses. Providing follow up visits on inmates with post hospital stays. Providing acute care management/plans for patients with acute emergency problems. Chronic care visits for Inmates with chronic care problems. Duties include ordering medications, medication administration both oral, IM, and IV. Administering oxygen and SVN treatments as needed. Sending inmates to the hospital or ER as needed. Ordering routine and acute labs, and procedures. Diagnosing new medical conditions, and troubleshooting acute medical incidents. Other duties include suturing acute lacerations setting broken bones and attending to other injuries.
