Daily Duties at Ludlow Community Center/Randall Boys & Girls Club:
Responsible for all Executive Director responsibilities in addition to assisting the Board of Directors, special committees and consultants in the successful completion of a feasibility study and capital campaign to fund a new facility for the organization. Led transition to the new facility as well as program development and implementation of a membership program for families, adults and seniors, and a licensed preschool daycare program. Developed and implemented the corporate sponsorship program, annual One Campaign and endowment, and planned giving programs.
