Daily Duties at Pt Works:

I started this Outpatient Physical Therapy Center in Feb. of 2003. I owned and manage all aspects of the clinic. I employed nine employees with three facilities and had gross revenues over 1.5 million dollars. I was responsible for the design and facilitation of this facility, the hiring of employees and setting up and managing human resources including insurance benefits and company policies. I handled the fiscal management including A/P, payroll and all financial documents including profit and loss statements and balance statements. I set up all contracts with insurance companies and negotiated them yearly. I handled all area marketing to local physicians. Within 1 year of operations I had paid off all loans and turned a profit. I did this by managing expenses, increasing revenues and patient volumes while focusing on customer care and service. In April of 2010 I sold the facility to another company
