Daily Duties at Diversified Clinical Services:
I took over a wound care program that had lost money the previous two years for the hospital and turned it into a profitable center within four months of employment. To achieve clinical and financial success I had to make key decisions while working with hospital administration and Diversified Clinical Services. After a month of evaluating personnel and processes of the clinic the decision was made to improve the performance of the medical director who was underperforming. An action plan was put in motion for clinical improvement. After working with the physician for 2 months with him being coached by the Diversified National Medical Director a decision was made to change medical directors. I then assisted the Hospital and Diversified in finding a physician more suited for wound care. After 60 days of the medical director change clinical outcomes improved and patient volume increased. By 10 months the fiscal performance improved by 600%
