Daily Duties at Accelecare:

I managed the mid-west and west divisions of Company. I managed 75 employees and 15 centers located in 7 States. In my duties I was responsible for the training of Program Directors, recruitment of physicians, financial performance of division and meeting quarterly goals. I presented quarterly presentations to Hospital Administration and developed action plans for low performing facilities. My region was underperforming to budget when I started and within 6 months increased revenues to above budget expectations by implementing strategies, 30 and 90 day goals and action plans. I then introduced strategies to continue growth of the centers.
