Daily Duties at Health One Tmca:
. I was recruited and hired because of my expertise in project management and development to start a new outpatient wound care and hyperbaric medicine program. HealthOne was looking to start a program without the assistance of a management company. They were unable to start this on their own and I was able to get the program up and running within 3 months. During this process I was responsible for recruitment of physicians for coverage, staffing of nurses, hyperbaric tech and front office support. I created a policy and procedure manual and safety manual for the facility from scratch. I implemented guidelines for the hospital on billing and coding for wound care and Hyperbarics along with producing all necessary forms for documentation, billing, safety, and procedures to be performed. I also consulted on the final stages of construction to ensure that the state approved the facility to see patients. Since opening in Feb. of 2014 we currently average 14 patients per day have been inspected by JACO and passed without any delinquencies along with producing 35400.00 in profit. I developed marketing materials for all of the clinic services and implemented a marketing strategy to facilitate growth. I initiated a contract with Kaiser for exclusive rights to hyperbaric services to their patients. I worked with KCI for exclusive rights to the CelluTome Epidermal Harvesting system in Denver which allows TMCA to perform epidermal skin grafts in its facility which will increase revenues and decrease healing times.
