Daily Duties at Redi Clinic:

. I managed the south division of Rediclinic a convenient care clinic company. I managed 75 employees within this division at ten locations in Houston. I increased the financial performance of the division meeting monthly, quarterly and yearly goals for the company. I was instrumental in the development and implementation of new services within our centers and promotion of our clinics to the public which accounted for a 20% increase in patient volume. When I started with RediClinic the south division was underperforming to budget by 50% and had a turnover rate of 50%. Within a year of employment with RediClinic I initiated strategies that improved performance by beating budget by 731% and decreased turnover to 10%. RediClinic was sold to Riteaid in May of 2014
