Captain at #2 Station on Engine 2. Manage five Firefighter/Paramedics. Lead Hazmat Instructor for the Department, Hazmat Team Leader, Set annual Training goals,Contribute to writing Response policy and procedures for Department,Ensure department training is within OSHA,NFPA, IDOL compliance, Conduct interim and annual employee evaluations, Investigate injuries and accidents and recommend corrective actions and discipline if required.
