Sares Regis-Coordinate the day to day operations of the properties exterior and interior appearance.Direct and supervise daily activities for the maintenance team.Such as planning and scheduling for apartment Move Ins /Move outs Turn Over process and Work orders for apartments and Preventive maintenance.Assigning tasks and delegating work.Monitoring progress and work flow.Reviewing work for time lines and accuracy and appraising work.Consulting Property Manager to determine and implement associate's performances.Lead on site maintenance staff and participate in diagnostic problems and repairs in the areas of HVAC,Electrical,Plumbing,swimming pool.carpentry drywall/paint and appliances.Manage and respond to residents maintenance repairs promptly and professionally.Inspect apartments before and after Move ins and turn overs.Perform property inspections on a regular basis to ensure cleanliness.Including Swimming pool and fitness center.Daily reports on MRI and Ops Technology for Inventory purchasing and work orders.Ensure Grounds are kept up and Safe also with a light check.Alert maintenance team to items that need repair and attention immediately.
