Completing the turn over process with in 5 days.Maintain the Properties physical appearance daily "Curb Appeal". Monthly Preventive Maintenance on HVAC, Pumps, Motors, Boilers, Lighting,Pools and Spas and Fire and Safety Control. Walk new apartments with construction including a Detailed acceptance list. Weekly Reports and Inventory budget control.

Leaseing information reports. OPS Technology - Orders material and labor for Vendors. Tracks orders and the ability to approve invoices.
