Conducted monthly coaching meetings with the operation, and maintenance team to achieve the goals assigned by management by 100%. - Increased efficiency, which decreased 15% maintenance shutdown developing new maintain program - Experienced in operations restructuring to address business grow, and reduce maintenance cost by 16% over annual budget of $2MM
