Daily Duties at Imagine Communications:

Led Professional Services Project Management team of seven PM’s in the Americas region into delivering on time, under budget project results. Provided leadership, guidance and mentoring to the Project Manager team. Assigned projects to the individual Project Managers, monitored their progress and assisted them on escalated issues as needed. Managed Project budgets and provide financial updates for quarterly revenue recognition. Assisted in the creation of the PMO for the Broadcast Division, restructuring the department and creating/documenting new processes to make the project implementation and manage the resources more efficiently. Reduced the over-time project delivery from 20% to the single digits in two years. Managed Broadcast from $30K to $1MM projects in the Latin America Region. Provided weekly detailed reports of Projects Status, issues, risks to management with analysis of proper course of action to keep the project on time and under budget.
