Daily Duties at Sanofi :
I was responsible for meeting sales objectives to ensure assigned targets are achieved while remaining within budgeted expense limits. I was the first line of sales management, directly supervising Sales Reps within an assigned territory across the Northeast Region (Maine to Delaware). and responsible for recruiting & hiring, coaching and training team members in the sales of Plavix in the hospital. Additionally, I was required to produce reports, including monitoring of quality control, with respect to implementation of Marketing Plans. I was tasked with the recruitment and management of a team of hospital sales representatives in the areas of compensation, training, performance management and personal development plans. I had to be a strong leader with capabilities to learn, teach and motivate sales force.
