Ordering and purchasing materials Maintaining and monitoring requisitions for job site supplies, materials, and tools Establishing job project files and contract drawings, while maintaining revisions, changes and updates for each Preparing commissioning trend reports and presentations, managing departmental meeting and events schedule. Reading of blueprints for estimating Compared plans, specifications and drawings to identifying any discrepancies or missing details for project set-up Produced internal budgets and project schedules. Issued RFIs to assemble necessary information Assisted in obtaining necessary permits and assist with Estimating to ensure quality take-offs Recorder and tracked Cost to Complete on monthly basis to determine committed vs. budgeted costs Reviewed and organized all necessary change order requests ensuring validity of pricing and consistence of presentation Developed and maintained positive subcontractor relations through establishing and maintaining good communication, communicating on responsibilities, changes and issues, and following up on requests Advanced critical client relations through accessibility and reliability of client requests, working collaboratively with outside parties to achieve client goals by supporting close communication
