Daily Duties at One Main Financial / Citi Financial Servicing:

Compliance subject matter expert for the following areas: Performing Services Fees, Collection/Loss Mitigation, Mortgage Servicing Compliance Program, Bankruptcy, Complaints, Remarketing Services, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, State Specific Collections/Loss Mitigation Regulations. Proactively manage compliance oversight activities and internal controls for the subject matter areas within the business. Develop compliance policies and guidelines; provide support to the business units and engage in resolution of issues and concerns. Assist in providing examination deliverables and responding to any follow-up questions. Review and approve promotional material and websites (English and Spanish versions). Design and perform monitoring and testing reviews and risk assessments in subject matter areas to ensure that business is conducted in compliance with all applicable regulatory and policy requirements using standard and non-standard methodologies, tools and techniques. Help enhance the development and implementation of new compliance protocols as new regulations emerge and laws change. Assist with the design, preparation and analysis of reports and findings for management. Provide guidance to and review testing conducted by the Compliance Testing group concerning regulatory and policy requirements. Ensure remediation of action requirement attention.
