Daily Duties at State Of Michigan:

Serve as Level 11 Supervisor providing leadership and administration including scheduling and prioritizing assignments, providing staff training and support, and mentoring and developing employees. Manage department workflow and overtime. Maintain department communications through participation in organizational and staff meetings. Assisted technical support personnel in analyzing, troubleshooting, and correcting system problems. Provided customer seminars to promote services and offered department tours. Operate printers and maintain a safe work environment. Communication timely and accurate print project information and deadlines to customers and management. Serve as subject matter expert on print center equipment and operations. Escalate equipment service and repair needs to vendors as required.
