Developed core materials, conducted training for new employees. A subject matter expert on many chemicals and pharmaceutical agents and disease states (asthma, respiratory ailments and lung cancer). Participated in an Asthma Think Tank Extensive experience in evaluating the causal relationship between chemical exposure and potential adverse human health effects. Health Outcomes Research, Medical Information, Publication planning, Key opinion Leaders (KOL) development, and other related initiatives. •Proven expert in providing technical reviews of toxicology studies, public health assessments, and risk assessments Served as a scientific expert between company and the medical community through the dissemination and clarification of scientific data and material. Facilitate involvement in national, regional, and local educational forums including advisory boards, symposia, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) venues Advising staff on the hazard identification of multiple chemicals •Exceedingly effective scientist in communicating technical results to multiple stakeholders including competent authorities, members of the public, and elected officials. Have been a reviewer on several publications in high impact journals Serves as project officer and agency liaison with vendors for course materials developed through interagency agreements Agency contact for asthma; Active participation in the Texas Asthma Control Plan Agency contact for arsenic and health effects due to arsenic exposure Strategic evaluation of risk assessment literature Translating results of clinical trials and clinical and animal studies
