Daily Duties at Covance Inc.:
• Conducted all aspects of site monitoring including qualification, initiation, active-phase, and termination visits in accordance with GCPs and global SOPs to assess the safety and efficacy of investigational products. • Conducted site visits, monitored Case Report Forms and on-site source documentation, performed study drug accountability, assisted site Study Coordinators with completion and source-verification of Data Clarification Forms, met with Principle Investigators to discuss the progress of the study. • Prepared sites for regulatory inspections, conducted training and remedial training for non-compliant sites. • Experienced with IVRS systems, single-blind, double-blind, and open-label clinical trials. • Managed the INDSR reporting process, including submission to the Central IRB on behalf of sites and resolution of site-specific INDSR discrepancies. • Assisted the client with resolution of outstanding SAE reports and SAE follow-up on a site-specific level.
