Responsible for GMP/GDP compliance at 6 USA&PR Distribution Centers. Led the introduction & implementation of GMP/GDP requirements and Quality Systems at 6 sites to increase compliance and drive Inspection Ready. Authored Policies and developed Best in Class Quality Systems that were Fit for Purpose and allowed operating efficiencies & flexibilities. Developed staff to successfully manage Quality System requirements that resulted in improved Culture and employee skills. Worked with R&D and Commercial for product technical transfers and launches.
