Daily Duties at Parexel International:

• Presented the Clinical Lead role in client clinical trial bid defenses. • Responsible for management of clinical trials, including CRA management, resourcing allocation, trial operating budget, scope of work, investigator site payments, time per task for CRAs, and development of more efficient management of resources and tasks to further improve clinical trial budget and “bottom line”. • Identified change in scope issues and communicated to Project Manager. • Responsible for coordination of functional team members and their activities across all geographies, liaison with project management and the sponsor to ensure that project deliverables were met. • Conducted site visits to determine protocol and regulatory compliance, and prepare required documentation. • Performed and coordinated assigned aspects of the clinical monitoring process in accordance with GCPs and global SOPs to assess the safety and efficacy of investigational products and/or medical devices. • Conducted client meetings, study team training sessions, presented at Investigator Meetings, and managed CRA conduct and resource allocation for assigned clinical trials on a global level. • Developed and implemented all study tools, plans, and forms, such as monitoring plan, central files maintenance plan, study-specific site visit report templates, etc. Responsible for all study-specific initial and ongoing training of project team members. • Oversaw electronic Central Files design, maintenance, quality checks, consolidation, and shipment to Sponsor following successful completion of assigned clinical trials.
