Daily Duties at Emerald Coast Beach Service, Inc.:
I was hired for this position to help out the Owner of the business with daily operations, since he was semi retired.Open warehouse daily, check in employees when they come by to pick up radios and charts for the day. Drive to different locations that we manage and check up on the properties and employees to make sure they were at the property and see if there were an issues that needed addressing, follow up with guest staying there and making sure they were being taken care of. Checking out the equipment on property to make sure it was in a professional looking manner. Replace anything that was not up to par. Touch base with offices on properties to make sure everything was good on our end. Run different errands throughout the day, return to the warehouse and get ready for check in. Employees would come check in after break down and turn charts and money in that was made that day. Commissions would be paid out to employees on a daily basis. Lock up warehouse. Do daily, weekly, and monthly reports for revenue.
