Daily Duties at Procter & Gamble:

• Led the Quality control function that oversaw the entire manufacturing process of diapers and female pads. • Reviewed the GMP standards to make sure that all processes complied. • Leader for the development of new suppliers and materials (MSD) in order to start new saving projects and reduce production cost. • Led the task force to decrease production cost of the female pad which resulted in over $250K savings. Ensured that product quality maintain company standards throughout the production process. Managed qualification and validation processes to maintain the GMP certification. • Hoshin Kaizen management analysis to ensure the quality of the processes and final product.
