Daily Duties at Rehab Care (A Division Of Kindred Healthcare):
- Development and implementation of strategic plans and budgets - Overall operations to ensure excellent clinical outcomes and profitability. - Marketing - Customer/Patient satisfaction - Recruitment and rentention of all therapy staff - Professional and clinical development of staff - Collaboration/teamwork with Division Directors, Operations, Support Center and Field Rehab Services and all members of the interdisciplinary hostpial team (IDT) personnel to ensure efficient and effective operations. - Communication with programs to assure compliance with Support Center and divisional policies and procedures, and obtaining region strategic goals - Coordinates with Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, and other administrative departments to achieve strategic and budgetary goals. - Ensures that Compliance Program and Support Center Compliance Agreement (CCA) requirements are met in the regional, district, and facility levels. - Business Plan Development - Physician recruitment and management - New contract starts
