Daily Duties at Risi:
to provide growth for our shareholders by fostering a global sales and marketing engine to exceed bookings targets. Identify and target prospect audiences. Responsible for commercial strategy for new product and existing developments. Constantly improving the sales and marketing engine thru performance measurement, coaching & technology support. Acquiring new staff and develop and administer on-boarding training. Manage and maintain the CRM (salesforce) Platform. Strategic input in company direction including, budget responsibilities, technology planning, organizational performance, customer service and receivables. Develop and scope marketing campaigns. Decrease renewal churn in subscription business. Contribute topics for content/product/service development. Create strategic relationships with industry leading organizations. As part of the management team I participated in employee bonus structure, Organizational Structure, change management, Budgeting and strategic planning, acquisition targeting and execution, decisions on firing and closing businesses, Presented Weekly sales report and KPIs. Develop pricing model. Create cheat sheet materials for sales tool. Deploy Salesforce Chatter and multiple other Salesforce Apps from the AppExchange. Create performance review structure. Create and Implement mentoring program. Organize Annual Sales Summit meeting for global sales team. Design and implement sales incentive plans. Develop collections process and timeline.
