Managed 8 new products simultaneously; developed capacity analysis modeling; followed Lean Manufacturing principles; developed automated inventory system for disc drives. Managed 3-shift operation and 25+ production and assembly line staff. Planned and managed departmental yearly budget of $1.5M for personnel and equipment.
