Daily Duties at Reliant:
• Worked with desktop support developing my knowledge of rolling out large scales services to multiple users. • Planned and executed the conversion from MS Outlook to Lotus Notes including end user training, removal and installation of the software, and backing-up and restoring the user’s mail in the new application. • Utilizing TBS and MS Project we were able to bring clients services up in 5-7 business days: from our roll out meeting, procurement of equipment, installation of software, to migration of existing data provided by the client, beta testing, to roll out of services. • Assisted in the development of the Disaster Recovery Handbook, organized the teams for various roles in the event of a disaster, and assigned responsibilities based upon each individual’s expertise. • Documented the configuration and the physical topology of our client’s networks to utilize when planning the addition of new services or upgrading existing services
