Daily Duties at At&T Wi Fi:
• Designed and implemented the process flow for the Phases of the project to go from point of sale, to setting the date of install, and monitoring the site post install with the assistance of our NOC. • Coordinated the redesign of internal processes facilitating a higher level of communication between departments allowing reduced response times to billing inquiries and technical issues for our clients by 20%. • Wrote and prepared training classes for the Project Coordinators to ensure that we had effective communication on with each property’s internal representative, or property managements group IT department. • Worked with our Software Engineers on developing an implementation plan for new products and services that would be offered throughout the three phases of the project. • Manage all costs of the project: vendor cost, shipping, procurement of the equipment, and costs associated with the management of our Project Coordinators time to keep the overall project costs down. • Worked with our finance department and Field Services team to write Statements of Work for out four vendors to control travel costs to each site and a flat rate for each 4-10 hour installation.
