Daily Duties at Ads Assisted Living Communities:
Responsible for start-up operations and administration of assisted living community. Directed all activities related to management, sales/marketing and resident services including specialized care serving memory impaired elders. Brought project in on-time and under budget, exceeding occupancy rent-up benchmarks. Assisted in corporate reorganization and due diligence for acquisition by Multi-Care (and Multi-Care’s IPO) and sale to Genesis Healthcare.
