Daily Duties at Ctt Networks:
• Responsible for the testing process.(developing, implementing and performing test strategies) • Attend weekly SCRUM meetings • Perform testing on the medical application MEDX • Worked closely with Business users and client for training on new application • Provide scenario based training for new users • Worked closely with requirement analysts and programmers • Used Sharepoint for documentation • Created test cases, test plan, bug reports, RTM document. • Manage testers and assign work accordingly to project due dates of releases. • report and troubleshoot issues throughout our multi-environment staging process all the way to production • Evaluate and communicate test coverage, red flags and anomalies to the Scrum team to aid in making the decision to certify releases and escalate issues to the QA manager, as needed
