Daily Duties at Vx Company :
• Responsible for the testing process.(developing, implementing and performing test strategies) • Validate and close-out all issues prior to client delivery • Perform testing on the High School exam application CITO • Develop process to ensure the highest level of quality assurance possible • Investigate procedures, workflows, and software to keep our processes up to date • Conduct daily touch base meetings with QA team members • Provide department specific orientation and training for new hires • Assist with internal project kickoffs and requirements/specs gathering • Work closely with partners and producers on company process • Mentor QA team members and share expertise • Plan and document the testing effort via test plans and test cases for larger-scale projects • Performed mainly manual testing. • Used SharePoint, Microsoft and Excel for testing document
